Our offices and workshop are located in Ipswich. Using our own experienced staff, we offer a complete Domextra sales service, on-site water softening maintenance and softener repairs throughout Suffolk, Essex (North) and Norfolk (South).
The area is roughly contained by the towns shown on the map opposite.

If we cannot be of assistance directly, there are authorised Domextra dealers and recommended firms covering most adjoining areas - including Hertfordshire and North Kent.
Our office is open for water softening advice and assistance by telephone Monday to Friday, from 8.30am until 5pm and Saturday mornings, 8am until 12 noon.*
Personal callers are welcome at the Domextra offices and workshop on Saturday mornings and at all other times by prior appointment.
